1. Sclerocarya birrea (Marula) tissue culture
Draft a concept paper and full project application for the establishment of a tissue culture laboratory at Okahandja (Namibia) for the Directorate of Forestry. The project is to be funded by the "Indigenous Natural Products Innovation Fund" of the Millennium Challenge Account Namibia (Funding provided to the Government of Namibia by the US Government through the Millennium
Challenge Corporation).
Status: Concept paper accepted for full application
Full project application submitted, awaiting final approval
2. Effectiveness of agricultual fairs for communal farmers
The project is to analyse the potential benefit for those farmers who take part vis-à-vis those that do not participate in the agricultural shows.
Status: A draft concept paper submitted, continuing with revision
3. Regeneration, growth-development and management of high value timber species
The regeneration, growth-development and management of high value timber species in Namibia
