Werner Mbongo 

Werner has a first degree in Forestry (National Diploma in Forestry) from Ogongo Agricultural College in  association  with the University of Namibia (1998-2001), and
a master's degree (MSc.) in Forest  Ecology and Management from Freiburg University, Germany (2006-2008).
